The Italian Bistro is the ideal place to discover the flavors of the land
Starting with the Conad group's desire to offer the tasting of local products within the store, Intrac was commissioned to create two areas: the well-equipped, multi-purpose "Italian Bistro," an island that houses ready-made pastries and delicatessens, and the small bread store, with a strong Italian design, where the best products from Bologna bakeries are presented.
Result
Italian tradition declined in furniture
Furniture, refrigerated and heated equipment were covered with modern materials, where ribbed woods and special corten steel-effect paints then completed the design of the bistro, which is perfectly integrated among the stone columns of the building. The result is a magnificent store, where from the very first steps you can breathe the Italian and Emilian tradition and indulge in the products and flavors of this land.
